Taking all those bitter medicines and having a regular trip to the doctor’s is not a favorite task for most people. And you can easily avoid this by simply following a healthy life. Leading a healthy life positively impacts your health and helps you lead a peaceful and better long life.

I don’t think anyone wants to live with diseases and a weak body. Of course, we don’t like it because there are such restrictions like you can’t eat this, you can’t eat that, you can’t travel to your dream destination as your body is weak and especially the additional tortures in the form of bitter medications. Many still believe that Health only stands for your physical health, which you can determine through the disease symptoms in your body. If they are absent, you are fit and fine; if they are present, you are unhealthy. 

Stop; this is not even one-third of the actual definition of health. Health covers the state of your physical state, mental state, emotional state and social state. If all these are positive, then you can be completely healthy.

4. Prohibited excess intake of sugar, salt, harmful fats and alcohol- Anything used above their set limit is harmful no matter how alluring or mouthwatering it is. Similarly, the fried foods and street foods we all love to eat have a high value of harmful fats, sugar and salt. Occasional drinking is accepted and in practice around the world. But when it becomes your habit in excess amount till you lose your sanity is terrible, especially if that alcohol is harmful. 

5. Take medicated medicines and be fully vaccinated- One well being is their responsibility and part of your family. It’s your responsibility to remain vaccinated and ensure that all children of your family have the required vaccines and polio doses. At times, people have seen and practiced taking medicines by just searching on the net or asking other people about their problems without a professional doctor.
