How many hours should a person work?
Former chief scientist of WHO has given her reaction to the ongoing discussions about the working hours.
She said that working too much for long hours leads to burnout.

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical and mental exhaustion caused by excessive stress.
She said that one cannot work with full concentration for a long time.
She also said that people can sit at a desk for 12 hours, but might not be able to work after eight hours.
She also said that it is not just about the number of working hours but the quality of work.
