BGMI is Back! The Most Popular Battle Royale Game Launches in India
Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is finally launching in India on May 23, 2023.
The game was banned in India in September 2020 due to concerns about data privacy.
However, Krafton, the developer of BGMI, has worked with the Indian government to address these concerns and the game has been given the green light to launch.
BGMI is a mobile version of the popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile. The game features 100 players who parachute onto an island and battle to be the last one standing.
BGMI was banned in India in September 2020 due to concerns about data privacy. The Indian government was concerned that the game was collecting and sending data about Indian users to servers in China.
